Carefully hand carved and hand painted each Santa figure from Gnomes and Things is one of a kind.

Each wooden Santa Claus is cut down from a block of wood to shape and eliminate any excess wood around the figurine. Each wood figure is then masterfully carved and shaped through the time intensive hand carving process until the beard, face, eyes, hands, coat, hat, and feet are just the way the carver wants the carving to be.

After all the wood chips are brushed away, the wood Santa carving then begins the finishing process. First, they are hand painted with exacting detail. Each painted Santa figure is an original work of art. The Santas are then dipped in a finish to protect the wood and to make sure to get just the look for each of the Old World Santas.
